Andie enjoys educating others in health and nutrition and has served as a nutrition science instructor at the college level. Andie believes nutrition counseling should involve both science and sensitivity to each client’s individual food preferences, culture and lifestyle. She's passionate about incorporating nutrition wisdom using wholesome foods and ancestral cooking practices. She enjoys shopping with her kids at local farms and farmers markets to prepare home cooked meals for her family.
“I believe in a practical plan that fits into your everyday life, while empowering you to make better food choices for you and your family.”

“There are many different ways to have a healthy diet and all foods can fit. Food is meant to be enjoyed as well as something that nourishes our bodies.”
“Being a role model to my daughters, Annabel and Alexa (age 8 and 5), has proven to be the best way to raise healthy kids. Eat the veggies on your plate and they will too!”
